I am stunned that everyone does not give this hotel 5 stars. Exceptional! I have never stayed in this brand before, but this hotel is exceptional by ANY standards. Staff, facilities, everything -- and Summer is a wonderful manager!! Thank you!!
Summer, the housekeeping manager keeps up with the hotel making it welcoming, clean and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the team and definitely is a main reason I book at this location for cleanliness and consistency.
Nice place. The night staff was very helpful and accommodating. Had some noisy neighbors and I was able to move rooms with no questions asked. good night sleep
Had a 4 day stay for work. Very quiet so that was a plus. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very attentive. My mini fridge had a humming noise to it but other than that I have no complaints. The breakfast was ok for what it was. Front desk and all staff were very courteous & accommodating during the whole process and I had no wait time. Check in and out was a breeze.
I was so happy with my stay here. I had such a long road trip and this was a pleasant hotel to to rest up . clean room and nothing was falling apart like you find at other places. And a super hot shower
Exceptional Service! From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed. The entire staff is incredibly professional and goes out of their way to be accommodating, but I have to give a special shout-out to Kaylee. She is absolutely wonderful! Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference in my stay. She handles everything with such grace and a "can-do" spirit that you just don't see everywhere.
After seeing other reviews I was worried about the cleanliness, but we had no issues with the cleanliness of our room or the hotel. The reviews that they run out of food for the breakfast is 100% accurate! I said something to the front desk and they did put out more bacon. However, there was a family of vultures who ran and stood in line and took all that. Maybe that’s why they stopped putting out more food
This hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the night staff did the job required of them despite setbacks due to computer related issues. When my room key wouldn't work they reprogrammed it effectively and quickly. Rooms were clean and well maintained, vending machines were stocked and breakfast was wonderful. I stayed here for a month without issue.
